The 19HW is another small portable drone looking to capitalize on the popularity of the impressive DJI Spark. While it looks a lot like a Spark it is a very different drone. Checking in around $40 that is expected as the DJI Spark starts at $499. It is still a very capable drone with an HD camera, FPV and altitude hold.

The 19HW is a small, foldable drone that is easy to take with you. It has altitude hold which allows it to maintain a consistent altitude. It is a fairly stable and durable drone. Those two attributes along with its small portable size are the best features of this drone.

The 19HW Features

This is a good quadcopter for the beginning pilot. It features an HD 2 MP camera. It will take decent pictures outdoors and in good light but don’t expect DJI Spark quality. It will stream live video to your smartphone. Video and pictures are stored directly on your smartphone and are easy to share.

The 19HW has the draw your own flight path feature on the app. It also has auto takeoff and landing. It also will do flips with the push of a button.

The remote control has a nice design and is most definitely patterned after the DJI Spark remote. You can expect to get a range of 50-80 meters but the FPV will be limited to 30 meters or so. The 19HW has a flight time of about 8 minutes.

Should You get a 19HW?

If you are looking for a small portable drone that looks like a Spark then the 19HW might just be the drone for you. It is a solid drone for a beginner and easy to fly.
