The SJRC F7 is an affordable GPS drone with a 4K camera that sits on a three-axis gimbal. There aren’t a lot of drones that cost less than $300 that can capture 4K video and even fewer that can do so that is stabilized like the F7.
The F7 has an impressive 25 minute flight time. It uses powerful and efficient brushless motors to help achieve this. The range on this drone is up to 3000 meters or almost two miles. It is a GPS drone and is quite stable. It has a handful of intelligent flight modes like follow me, waypoints, and return to home.
The camera on the SJRC F7 is a 4K camera. However, it isn’t the best of quality. It records 4K at 15 fps at a low 15 Mbps. The gimbal does a really nice job of keeping the video smooth. But at the end of the day, the camera isn’t very good. There are better options out there in this price range. I would recommend taking a look at the MJX Bugs 16 Pro. The Bugs 16 has similar features and costs about the same. However, the B16 camera is far superior.
