Ok, that was a little heavy, but the Mobula 7 is a great quad. If you want to know why then keep on reading.

If you like tiny whoops then this is a great time to be in the hobby. They just keep getting better. The new Mobula 7 currently is the best of the bunch. This little tiny whoop specs out really well. It is light and powerful. The Mobula 7 is a standard 75mm whoop checking in at 24 grams. The redesigned 0802 20,000KV motors pack a punch and should hold up better in crashes with the 1.5mm shafts.

The F4 flight controller features an 4-in-1 12 amp ESC. The version I tested has a built-in ceramic ELRS 2.0 SPI antenna. That plus a VTX that is capable of up to 400 mw you’ll be able to fly this quad farther than any tiny whoop I’ve ever tested. The camera is the lightweight 800 TVL Runcam Nano 3.

I’ve really enjoyed flying this little quad around my house. Living outside of Chicago the winters are cold and long and having something like this is a real treat. My Mobula 7 has handled all the abuse that a crash-happy tiny whoop pilot can throw at it. I’ve found my Radiomaster Zorro ELRS to be a perfect complement to the little quad. I get 4-5 minutes on a 450 mah battery and closer to 6 with a 650 mah battery. It does use a standard PH 2.0 connector so it could be more efficient should you swap it out to BT 2.0 or a GNB connector. The ESCs also support Bluejay firmware so you could also make it just a bit better with 48 or 96 software upgrades. I would definitely recommend this quad as well as some extra batteries.
