HDZero Mobula7

The HDZero Mobula7 is the first bind and fly whoop with the HDZero FPV system on board. It is a 75mm whoop that can fly on either 2S or 3S batteries. HDZero’s digital FPV system is the only real option for people that like to fly whoops. It is lighter than DJI and Fatshark and Walksnail systems and is the HD FPV system of choice for whoop pilots as well as racers.

The HDZero Mobula7 is a small whoop-style drone. That means it has ducted propellers that help it bounce off of obstacles and keep the propellers from getting damaged. It is small and lightweight, weighing only 40 grams. The Mobula7 has powerful and efficient 1102, 9000KV brushless motors. The AIO F4 flight controller has a 12 amp ESC and a built-in ELRS 2.0 SPI receiver.

The thing that sets this quad apart from the rest is the HDZero digital FPV system. The picture quality is clear and makes flying a joy. It is a huge improvement from flying analog and the detail is excellent. It may not be quite as clear as the DJI system, but the latency is superior and it is the only system small enough to fit on a drone this size.

In order to utilize the HDZero Mobula7, you’ll need an HDZero capable VRX. Mine is an add-on module and it easily connects to my Skyzone goggles via HDMI. The Mobula 7 is a bit heavy for my taste to fly indoors but it certainly is capable. I really enjoyed flying it outdoors on 3S in acro mode. HDZero is an excellent system and makes the hobby even better. If you need an HDZero VRX use the link below and the coupon code: BGb619ea to save 15%.
