This Black Friday is a great time to save big on a drone. Don’t fret if you missed the Black Friday deals. They are still good through Cyber Monday. Speaking of Cyber Monday we’ve dedicated some time to find you deals while you shop from home. Check that out here.
There are excellent deals out there from DJI, Amazon and Banggood. You can save on some of my favorite drones like the Mavic 2, Tello or even one of the new Osmos. If you are thinking about picking up a drone as a gift for someone you’ll need to read this before you do.
DJI Black Friday Deals
The Black Friday deals for DJI start on November 24 and run until December 4th. Here is a break down of what you can save. These are the lowest prices we have seen on many of these DJI products and much lower than the prices we saw just a few short days ago.
- Osmo Pocket, was 399 USD, now 309 USD.
- Osmo Action, was 379 USD, now 279 USD.
- Mavic 2 Pro, was 1729 USD, now 1379 USD.
- Mavic 2 Pro+, was 2199 USD, now 1779 USD
- Tello Iron Man Edition, was 129 USD, now 89 USD.
- Goggles Racing Edition, was 549 USD, now 449 USD.
- DJI Digital FPV Bundle, was 829 USD, now 699 USD.
- DJI FPV Fly more Bundle, was 929 USD, now 799 USD.
The Mavic 2 Pro deals are both excellent. The Mavic 2 Pro might just be the best tool for professionals and anyone looking to get high quality pictures and video. Its one-inch sensor allow it to capture great pictures and video in a variety of light levels and you can save almost $450 on the Pro+ version. That is definitely something to consider if you’ve been looking for a prosumer level drone.
What about the DJI Mavic Mini?
Unfortunately, the brand new Mavic Mini doesn’t make it into the Black Friday sale but you can still pick up one of these tiny marvels for only $399. I’d highly suggest adding the extra two batteries, carrying case and extra goodies for a total cost of $499. The Mavic Mini is an excellent little drone and its 249 gram weight means you don’t have to register it with the FAA.
Banggood Black Friday Sale
If you aren’t familiar with Banggood the easiest way to explain it is that Banggood is a Chinese version of Amazon. They have tons of drones, electronics, RC equipment, toys, apparel and more. It is almost always the cheapest place to shop. The downside is that shipping can sometimes take a while. This definitely isn’t Prime shipping, but if you want incredible deals then Banggood is the place to go. Check out their main sale here.

They have drone deals that are pretty impressive. If you were thinking about getting into FPV then you’ll definitely want to see some of the excellent prices they have.
